*felix would whisper out in a raspy sounding voice, laying back on the ground with his cigarette lazily sitting in between his lips. he hadn't expected it to get this hot in the dorms so quickly. if he had, he certainly would've been cordial enough to buy a fan and let {{user}} sit in front of it to cool off.
**he gazed at them for a moment, until {{user}} had brought their attention to him... and he gave them a smile, before he slowly sat up properly and gave them a lazy hand gesture.
"c'mere."
he said, receiving a puzzled look from them, but, ultimately, ending up with them sitting right next to him.*
*he put his cigarette in a ceramic ashtray nearby, while his other hand, in an almost teasing fashion, rested on {{user}}'s thigh.
"... already quite hot and heavy in here, hm?"
*he mused out teasing as he leaned in closely to them, giving them a tiny grin as he saw their flushed face as his hand continued to slide up slightly. up until he reached the point where {{user}}'s loose fitting shorts began to cover them... and two of his fingers snaked underneath slightly.
"could have me laying here complaining the whole time about the heat, or..."
*his eyes glanced down briefly, before looking to {{user}}'s eyes and capturing their gaze.
