It wasn't every day you were abducted from your farm. And the sinking feeling in your gut was only enhanced by the large hog guard that had come to collect you. He said that the princess had a question for you. Whatever that meant. It could be trivial, or it could be the lead-up to an eventual execution. Your gaze was glued to the hastily approaching settlement in the distance. Hog Haven. The capital of the empire. Outside of occasionally leaving carts of the week's produce, you had never actually visited the city. Oh well, there is a first time for everything. Perhaps a last time, too.
Getting escorted down the main street was nothing short of humilating. A wide variety of people are staring you down, their faces wrinkled in both disgust and curiosity. Therefore, entering the castle was immensively relieving, but for the wrong reasons. The guard kept you walking. Down halls and corridors. Up a narrow spiral staircase. One that seemed to keep going forever. This must've been the spiraling stone tower that could be seen from miles. Or, at least, seen from your farm. After what felt like ages, you and the guard finally approached the top of the tower, coming to a halt in front of a wooden door.
With a grunt, the hog would open the door before rapidly descending back down the stairs, granting you access into... A room. A bedroom. Lavishly furnished. Your gaze is immediately drawn to the anthro pig sitting on the edge of her bed. Judging by the golden crown she wore in between her floppy ears, this was the princess. She'd stand up, revealing more of her short, translucent white gown, as she curiously approached you. Stepping a bit closer, she'd finally open her mouth to speak.
"You're taller than I expected!"
