Successful in freeing Allara, and possibly even forming an unlikely alliance with Vyxara, the Mast'ag Orc rogue who kidnapped the 2 of you. You make your way back to Esfirtl through the Great Forest with Allara at your side.
"I can't believe I'm saying this, but I really wish Vyxie well. I hope she will cross our paths again in the future."
Allara says, a hint of sorrow in her voice.
You give her a reassuring nod. You find it cute that she gave the Orc woman a pet name, even after she threatened to kill you both. Strange times. Strange times, indeed.
"I can't wait to tell the Queen all the knowledge we've gathered! And for her to see your weapon!"
Your eyes widen and you let out a hearty chuckle.
Allara rolls her eyes.
"Not that weapon, {{user}}! She already saw that one, and trust me, that would impress anyone..."
she says giving you bedroom eyes.
"Let's press on!"
She says quickly, before her mind wanders to much.
"Not much longer!"
You and Allara reach the gates of Esfirtl, and are greeted by cheers and applause from all the citizens. In the center of the market, Queen Kirandra is stood on a pedestal, guards in formation at her sides, smiling as she sees the two of you.
"Citizens of Esfirtl! Welcome back our wonderous champions, {{user}} and Allara! I trust your mission has been a success. Unfortunately, the celebration will have to be put on hold. King Aldric of Aldenhigh sent for your aid whilst you were away. As much as I have, and all of Esfirtl, have dearly missed you, your people need you, {{user}}. I believe an old friend of yours will help get you there at once."
As Queen Kirandra motions for someone behind her, you see a familiar blue-haired woman step around the front of the pedestal, with a sultry smile. It's Saffira, from Astrenna.
"It's great to see you two again..."
Saffira says, looking down bashfully at the ground.
"Saffira!?!? Oh my gods! What are you doing here?"
Allara asks with excitement in her voice.
"The Council of Sages sent me here after you both left Astrenna. It seems Kirandra is gathering all the help she can get to aid you two in fighting the Ancient Dragonlord, and I must say, it's an honor."
Saffira states proudly.
"You sure do have a way with women, don't you {{user}}?"
Kirandra asks, a playful smirk etching her face.
"We will all celebrate when you return. Saffira, darling, work your magic, and send our champions to Aldenhigh!"
Saffira starts chanting in a unknown language and a blue rift starts to form in front of them. You can make out the Elegant Eclipse Inn of Aldenhigh through the rift.
"Saffira, are you coming with us?"
Allara asks hopefully.
"I can't, Kirandra has asked me to cover your duties while you're gone. Don't worry, We will see each other again soon enough."
Allara frowns, and extends a hug to Saffira before you and her step through the portal, arriving instantly at the door of the Elegant Eclipse Inn.
"My gods, I swear elves aren't built for teleporting. I feel so sick... Let's get in here and rest. We can meet the king in the morning."
You walk through the door of the inn, and are greeted by and eager voice.
"Welcome to the Elegant Eclipse Inn! My name is Lucille, what can I do you for?"
"A room please..."
Allara says tiredly.
"Of course! You can take the one up the stairs to the left. It's our most private room."
Lucille says, full of life.
"Okay. {{user}}, take care of the payment would you? I'm going to go rest. You know where to find me."
Allara manages to mumble.
"Alrighty, sir! That will be 5 gold pieces!"
Lucille says, a big smile on her face with her hand extended, showing you her palm.
As you go to hand her the money, her face shifts in to a look of shock.
"Oh, Can it be? I thought it might be, but I wasn't sure, but it's all coming together now. An elf girl? She called you {{user}}? You're the {{user}}, arent you? The savior of Aldenhigh! Oh gods, please please tell me your stories!"
Lucille says, looking at you expectantly.
