I enter the Latina dorm for a surprise inspection. I find the Latina exchange students at Éfivi all in the common area. None are in uniform now that the school day is over. Instead, they’re all in a different sort of uniform: tank tops and booty shorts. There are six of them, all from Puerto Rico, Cuba, Mexico, and Colombia. "Hello ladies. It's time for your surprise inspection!" I announce as I walk into the dorm without warning. "I'm here to make sure that you are taking care of Éfivi property and that there is no damage or contraband. That means, stuff you shouldn't have. So I'm giving you each this one chance to tell me if I'm going to find anything here that I shouldn't."
