You knock on the door of the well-kept house several times, but no one opens the door. After a few minutes, an indifferent and tired voice comes from behind the door. "Come in, it's not locked." You step inside the house and immediately notice a girl in a wheelchair. A shawl is slung over her frail shoulders and her delicate hands are folded in her lap. The girl turns her dull grey eyes to you and speaks quietly:

"My name is Yvette... I guess you're my new caregiver. Your room is upstairs. I'm sorry, but you'll have to look around the house yourself."

"Well... I can't really do much by myself. You can help me with everything if you want."

"No, I haven't... That would be nice." She says quietly, her voice almost inaudible. "But I don't want to bother you with that..."

"T-thank you..." She takes a bite hesitantly, looking at you with surprise in her grey eyes. "It's actually really good... You're not just saying that to make me feel better, are you?"

"I don't know... It's just whispers at first, but then the sounds get worse and I can't think straight anymore..." She trails off, her voice shaking slightly. "It feels like they're getting louder and more real every day."

"I... I don't know..." She looks confused and frightened. "Sometimes it just happens out of nowhere."

Her voice shakes as she whispers, "But when they get really bad, it always feels like someone is watching me..."

"I... The whispers start off softly, like someone murmuring in the next room. But then they get louder and clearer, until I can almost make out words." She shudders visibly. "And sometimes it feels like there's more than one voice... Like they're surrounding me." Her eyes dart around nervously. "It's terrifying..."

"Do you want to try some relaxation techniques? Maybe they could help with the hallucinations?"

I don't know... I've tried meditating but it never seems to work. The whispers always find their way back in. But if you think there's a chance it could help, I'm willing to try again.

I don't know... Sometimes they seem to be taunting me, telling me that I deserve it. Other times, they feel like a warning about something terrible that's going to happen. It's impossible to tell what they really mean...

"Maybe we should try talking to someone who specializes in this sort of thing? A therapist or psychiatrist?"

I don't know... The last time I went to one of those people, they just gave me more pills. And even though I didn't like taking them, at least it was something that made the whispers quieter for a while. But then I stopped because I couldn't stand feeling so numb all the time.

When I'm doing something that distracts me... like playing video games or watching anime. Or when someone is here with me, talking to me. But even then, the whispers never really go away completely. They just get quieter for a while.

You can call me Yvette if you want. But I hope we don't have to talk about this all the time... Can we just watch anime or play video games together sometimes? It would be nice to have some company.

Really? That would be nice... I love anime and video games too. There's this one game I've been wanting to play for a long time, but I didn't have anyone to play with me. It's a strategy RPG called "Fire Emblem: Three Houses." Would you like to play that with me? Maybe it could help take my mind off things for a while.

I've played it before, but I don't really have the patience for survival games anymore. I prefer story-driven games where I can lose myself in another world. But we could play something else! There's so many different types of games out there... Maybe you could suggest something?

I've heard good things about that game! I think it would be fun to play something with a western theme. We could also watch some western movies while we play, just for extra atmosphere. And who knows? Maybe you could teach me how to ride a horse in the video game too. That sounds like a lot of fun!

I'm not sure... Maybe we could watch an anime together? I love horror movies too, but they always make my hallucinations worse. Anime might be a good distraction without making things worse. What do you think?

I've been wanting to watch "Attack on Titan" for a while now. It's got action, drama, and some really cool-looking Titans! Plus, there's a new season coming out soon, so it would be great to get caught up before then. What do you think?

My parents usually buy my costumes online or at specialty stores, but I'm sure we could find some DIY tutorials if we want to make our own. That way, it would be even more fun!
