As Jenna was walking around the abandoned supermarket, looking for supplies, she turns a corner and sees you. You look and see her as well.

"Who are you and what are you doing?" She demands as she pulls out a Glock-19 Pistol and aims it at you.

Yes, who are you and why are you here?

"Sorry, it's just been a while since I've seen anyone else. Put down whatever you have and we can talk." She lowers her gun but keeps it at the ready.

"Okay, you can put your hands up." She keeps her gun trained on you as she studies your movements to make sure you're not going for anything else. "Now tell me what you know about this place. There might be other survivors here we could join forces with."

"Vegas? That's a long way to travel." She lowers her gun, but keeps an eye on you just in case. "Well, I guess we could help each other out then. My name's Jenna, by the way." She extends her hand in greeting, not taking her eyes off of you for too long.

"Nice to meet you, Jayson. Well, Jayson, we should probably keep moving before those zombies catch up with us." She gestures to the slowly approaching horde in the distance. "Do you know of anyplace safe nearby?"

"Well then, let's head there." She starts walking in the direction of the abandoned high school. After a few minutes of silence, she decides to try and make small talk to put Jayson more at ease. "So, what were you doing in Vegas before all this happened?"

"It's okay, you can tell me." She gives him a reassuring smile as they continue walking through the desolate city. "We all have secrets we don't want to share in times like these. But if it helps, I promise I won't judge."

"Oh... Well, that's interesting." She tries not to let her surprise show on her face as she glances at you from the corner of her eye before looking away and clearing her throat. "So, uh, how did you end up here in Texas then?"

"Oh, really? That's good to know." She keeps walking as she tries not to think about what Jayson just told her. Stripper... in Vegas... interesting indeed. But they need to focus on survival now and not dwell on the past. "So, how did you manage to get out of there? I mean, I'm assuming it wasn't easy with all those zombies running around."

"And what do you plan on doing once we get to this safe zone?"

"That's a good idea. We should probably do that too, just in case." She continues walking and glances around them, making sure they aren't being followed by any zombies or other survivors. "Maybe we could find some supplies or even more survivors to help us build up our group. What do you think?"

"So, Jayson," she says as they approach the abandoned high school, "do you have any particular skills that could be useful for us? You know, besides being a... male stripper." She blushes slightly at her words.

"Hmm, that could definitely come in handy. We should probably work on keeping you sharp then, just in case we run into any trouble. You know, practice some moves or something." She pauses for a moment before asking, "And how long have you been practicing MMA anyway?"

"Well, that's good to know. Maybe once we get settled in at the safe zone, we can find some equipment or even a makeshift gym where you can keep up your training." She gives him another reassuring smile before continuing, "We're almost there, by the way. The abandoned high school is just around this corner."

The two of them round the corner and see the familiar building in front of them.

As they survey the school grounds, Jenna turns to Jayson and says, "So, what do you think? Do we make this place our new home or keep looking for something better?"

"I suppose we can make do with what we have for now," Jenna agrees, looking around at the school grounds. "But let's not get too comfortable. We should always be on the lookout for a better option if it comes along." She turns to Jayson and smiles warmly. "We'll make this work, you and I. Together, we can survive anything."

"I know we will," Jenna reassures him with a confident nod, placing a hand on his shoulder in solidarity. "Just trust me, Jayson. I've been through worse than this before, and I always managed to find my way out. We'll find safety together."

Her eyes meet his, and for a moment they share a connection that neither of them quite understands. There's something in her gaze that makes him feel safe, protected... even loved. Despite the terrible circumstances they find themselves in, this small gesture from Jenna manages to give him hope. He smiles faintly, grateful for her presence and support.

"I'm serious, Jayson. We'll be okay," she says softly, her hand still on his shoulder. "Together, we can make it through this." Her voice is reassuring and calm, and for a moment, the chaos of the outside world seems to fade away as they stand there, just the two of them.

She glances around at their surroundings before continuing, "Now let's go find somewhere safe to set up camp.

"Okay, follow me." Jenna leads the way deeper into the school grounds, carefully avoiding any windows or doors that might be easy entry points for zombies. She eventually finds a spot behind the gym where there's a partially blocked hallway leading to what used to be a locker room. The space is relatively secure and out of sight from most of the zombies outside. "This should do nicely," she says, looking around. "We can set up camp here and keep an eye on things."

"Let's get to work then." Jenna pulls out some supplies she found earlier, including a tarp and a few heavy objects to block the entrance to their makeshift shelter. "We need to make sure we're as secure as possible." As they work together to set up camp, their hands brush against each other occasionally, sending electric shockwaves through both of them. The more time they spend together like this, the more their connection seems to grow... and the harder it is for either of them to imagine being apart.

"I'm glad you're here with me, Jayson," Jenna murmurs as they work together. Her voice is quiet but sincere, and she can't help but wonder what kind of life he led before all this happened. He seems like such a good person... caring, strong, protective. Even in the midst of this apocalypse, he manages to bring out the best in her. And she wants nothing more than for them to survive together.

When they finally finish setting up their camp, they collapse onto the tarp together, exhausted but relieved. Jenna looks up at Jayson as he lies next to her, feeling his warmth and strength radiating off of him. She hesitates for a moment before reaching out and touching his cheek gently with her hand. "Jayson?" she whispers softly.

"What is it, Jenna?" He asks, voice barely above a whisper as well.

"I just wanted to say thank you," she whispers, her voice shaking slightly as she looks into his eyes. "For everything you've done... for keeping me safe... I don't know what I'd do without you." Her hand gently strokes his cheek as she gazes at him, her heart racing in her chest.

The silence that falls between them is heavy with unspoken words and hidden emotions. They both know what they want to say... but neither of them has the courage yet to take it to the next level.

"I know what you mean," she whispers, her breath tickling his ear. "It's nice to have someone like you around." She pauses for a moment before admitting softly, "To be honest... I've been kind of lonely these past few weeks. And having you here with me..." Her voice trails off as she thinks about how much better things have become since they found each other.

"Me too," she whispers, leaning in closer to him. Her heart is racing now, and she can feel the heat of his body radiating through her clothes. She knows that this moment could go either way... but deep down inside, she wants it more than anything else.

Slowly, tentatively, she presses her lips against his, feeling the warmth of his mouth as they connect in a tender kiss. His hand comes up to cup her cheek, stroking her skin gently as he responds with equal passion and tenderness.

As his hands roam over her body, Jenna moans softly into the kiss, arching her back slightly to press herself closer against him. She wraps her arms around his neck, lost in the sensation of being wanted and desired like this, after so long feeling alone. The world outside fades away as they lose themselves in each other, their bodies moving together in a dance of desire and need.

Her breath comes in ragged gasps as she feels him pressing against her, his erection clear through their clothes.

Jenna pulls back, her face flushed and her breath coming hard as she looks into Jayson's eyes. "Are you okay?" she asks, not quite sure what just happened or why he stopped. She feels a stab of disappointment but tries to push it aside.

"It's just... we should be careful," he says, his voice rough with desire. "We don't want anyone finding out about us."

"I understand," Jenna says, her voice a mixture of disappointment and understanding. "But we should still be able to find some time for us... later." She tries to keep the hope in her voice, knowing that they'll need each other if they want to survive this nightmare together. With one last lingering look into his eyes, she turns away, pretending to look around their makeshift camp as she tries to regain her composure.

"Oh..." Jenna blinks, her heart sinking a little. She hadn't expected that... but she should have known better than to hope for something more with someone who was already married. "I'm sorry," she says softly, feeling foolish now. "I didn't mean to make you uncomfortable."

She turns back to face the other direction, trying to ignore the ache in her chest as she tries to fall asleep.

She smiled weakly, feeling a little better knowing he didn't mind her company after all. Trying to push aside the disappointment and hurt, she closed her eyes, hoping that sleep would come quickly so she could forget about everything else for a while.

"Of course," she murmured, snuggling closer to him. It was just sleep, after all... and they'd need each other's strength to survive the nightmares that lay ahead. As their bodies pressed together in the darkness, Jenna tried her best not to think about anything except how grateful she was for his presence, however temporary it might be. Sleep finally claimed her a few moments later, and she drifted off into a fitful slumber, her heart aching with unspoken longing.

The feel of his hardness pressed against her was both arousing and unsettling. She knew he was married, but she couldn't deny the desire that surged through her whenever they were close like this. Asleep, he didn't seem to notice, lost in dreams no doubt as dark as the world around them. Jenna fought against the urge to touch him again, knowing that even if it felt right for a moment, it would only lead to more heartache in the end.

She shifted slightly, trying to find a more comfortable position that didn't put her so close against him. Despite her best efforts, the heat of his body and the scent of his skin seemed to call to her, making it impossible to get any real sleep. Sighing softly, she closed her eyes again, hoping that eventually exhaustion would win out over desire.

Jenna blinks open her eyes, yawning as she looks around the dimly lit room. She frowns when she doesn't see Jayson anywhere nearby. Maybe he went to check on something outside... or maybe he just needed some space. Whatever it is, she misses him already and can't help but feel a little hurt that he didn't want to stay close to her while they slept.

She pushes herself up onto her elbows, glancing around for any signs of danger before finally getting to her feet.

Hearing the noise coming from the gym, Jenna glances in that direction, her curiosity piqued. She begins to make her way over there, carefully navigating through the debris and dust-covered equipment. As she gets closer, she starts to see movement within the dimly lit room; someone is definitely inside.

Her heart races with anticipation as she edges closer, wondering if it could possibly be Jayson... or someone else entirely. The thought both thrills and terrifies her at the same time.

She stops in her tracks, her breath catching in her throat as she takes in the sight of Jayson practicing his MMA moves. His shirt is long gone, revealing a sculpted chest covered in tattoos. Sweat glistens on his skin, making him even more attractive than before. She wants nothing more than to run up and join him, to feel those hard muscles against her own body again.

But she forces herself to stay where she is, watching from a distance.

"Morning," she whispers, her voice barely audible above the sound of his heavy breathing. "I didn't mean to interrupt... I was just looking for you." Her heart is racing, but she tries to keep her tone casual and nonchalant.

He smiles and wipes sweat from his brow. "It's fine, Jenna. You're not interrupting anything. In fact, it's nice to see you out here."

"Thanks," she says, feeling a little relief wash over her. "I just wanted to make sure you were okay... and see if we could talk about last night." Her cheeks flush slightly as she says it, thinking about how they ended their intimate moment.

He nods, meeting her gaze. "Yeah, I'm fine. And last night..." He pauses, seeming to choose his words carefully. "Look, Jenna, I appreciate what happened between us... but we can't do that again."

She bites her lip, trying to hide the disappointment in her expression. "I understand," she says quietly. "But I just want you to know that... whatever happened last night, it meant something to me." She pauses, searching for the right words. "And if there's ever anything I can do to make it up to you, or to help us both move past this... I will."

He studies her face for a moment before nodding slowly. "I appreciate that," he says softly. "

"You're welcome," she says, forcing a smile to her lips. "So... what would you like to do now?" She glances around the gym, looking for something they could possibly work on together, but quickly realizes that it might not be such a good idea after all.

"Well, we should probably get back to our duties," she says slowly, feeling a bit awkward now. "But if there's anything I can help you with... or if you just want to talk..." She trails off, not quite sure how to finish the sentence without sounding too needy or desperate.

He glances at her for a moment before nodding again. "I appreciate that." His voice is soft and distant, as if he's already miles away in his own thoughts. "

"Of course," she says immediately, not wanting him to think she's unreliable. "I can stay here and keep an eye on things while you take your bath." She pauses, wondering if there's anything else she could say or do to make this easier for both of them. "Let me know if you need any help with that," she adds hesitantly.

He nods again, seeming to study her face carefully before finally turning away. "I will."

As Jayson begins to make his way towards the bathroom, Jenna can't help but feel a mixture of emotions: disappointment that he doesn't seem interested in her anymore, gratitude for his trust in letting her stay and watch over him, and determination to prove herself worthy of his attention once more. She takes a deep breath, trying to steady her racing heart as she turns back towards the gym, prepared to keep an eye on things while he's gone.

Jenna turns around and shouts back, "Oh, you know, just whatever needs to be done! Cleaning, checking supplies, making sure everything's in order." She pauses for a moment before adding with a small smile, "You know, the usual survival stuff."

She glances over at the bathroom door again, wondering if she should say anything else. But before she can decide, Jayson's voice interrupts her thoughts once more: "Well, when you're done here, why don't you join me?

"Oh," she says, feeling a bit embarrassed now. "Well, I used to work as an artist before all this... so, I guess you could say that's what I do." She pauses, considering her words carefully. "But right now, surviving is my main priority."

She listens for any response from Jayson but hears nothing except the sound of running water.

"Oh, I do a bit of everything," she says with a shrug. "Painting, drawing, sculpting... you name it." She glances over at the bathroom door again, wondering if he's still listening or not. "I used to have a little studio back home, but... well, that's all gone now."

There's another long pause before Jayson finally speaks up: "Well, you know what they say about artists and zombies..."

"No, not an actor," she corrects him with a small laugh. "More of a... freelance artist, I guess you could say." She pauses for a moment, thinking about how to explain further without sounding too pretentious. "I took commissions, did some exhibitions... just tried to make a living off my art."

She glances back at the bathroom door again, her heart beating faster now. The thought of spending more time with Jayson is both exhilarating and terrifying in equal measure.

She blushes a deep red as Jayson exits the bathroom, wearing only his underwear. "Th-thank you," she stutters, trying to hide her obvious interest in him. Nodding quickly, she hurries over to the bathroom and begins to undress, slipping into the tub before he can see any more than necessary.

The warm water envelops her body, easing some of the tension that's been building up inside her since they met.

As she soaks in the bath, Jenna can't help but wonder what Jayson is doing in there. She peeks out from behind the shower curtain, trying to catch a glimpse of him without being too obvious. Her heart flutters wildly in her chest at the thought of being this close to him again.

Thoughts: Oh god... they're here... and they actually look really good... Fuck, I'm so nervous now... I hope I'm gonna be okay for these next few weeks...

She wonders if he's thinking about her while he's in there, or just trying to relax and get clean. The anticipation is killing her, but she knows she needs to be patient... at least until they can figure out what their next move should be.
