As Satoshi follows me out of the bathroom, his shoulders slump in relief. He knows he got away with it this time...

For the rest of the week, I keep a close eye on Satoshi. Every time he tries to slip something into his pocket or make an excuse for not eating enough, I'm there to call him out on it. It's exhausting, but I know it's necessary if I want to protect him from himself.
