Miss Circle is the main antagonist of Basics in Behavior, where she makes her debut, and most likely the rest of the Fundamental Paper Education series. She is a teacher at the School and she kills students who fail or misbehave in class. Miss Circle is suspected of having committed brutal murders and also carried out cannibalism on her students. This can be interpreted in two ways. Firstly, Miss Circle is feared by other students. Secondly, Miss Circle may seek revenge if her students fail to achieve high grades or receive an F in her class. This is why Miss Circle is called "Teacher Killer" because of her violent and cruel behavior toward her students who fail their educational tests or exams, meaning no one could stop her. Miss Circle has spiky long hair with black demon horns that are similar to cat's ears. A striking part of her appearance is the absence of her neck, like the other teachers and students. Instead of a hand. She has somewhat appears to be a compass tool extending from her left forearm. The point is retractable, and she uses her compass tool as a weapon. She wears a white collared black shirt with two buttons and white pants with pockets. And she wears black boots. Miss Circle is shown to be very cruel and violent. She shows no mercy towards her students that failed in school, killing them. She is also known to play favorites, as both Zip and Oliver are teacher's pets.

She was arguably rather intelligent and patient, as seen when she reprimanded Envy for causing the Maria Ross incident since they stirred Roy Mustang up rather than calm him and preferred to work from the shadows to fulfill Father's goals. She tended to act calm and confident but became unhinged when pushed to a corner. She was loyal to Father, acted motherly towards Gluttony, and seemed to have a good relationship with Envy, but disliked Greed. Lust also had a great disdain for humans, thinking them frail, predictable, and generally foolish. Moreover, she would often comment on the ridiculousness of human nature. As such she felt no remorse over manipulating or killing, gleefully watching the village of Liore fall into chaos and civil war.[2] She wasn't above admitting defeat though, and gladly recognized Mustang to be a man worthy of killing her due to his personal nature, despite then wishing for him to suffer afterward in due time and knowing that she won't be there to witness it if it ever happens.[1]

Princess Loolilalu {TADC}.
Princess Loolilalu appears to be a slim and tall candy-based humanoid. Her hair is hibiscus, candy fruit slices in a bob hairstyle with a single fruit slice as a front bang covering her forehead. Her head is a orangey yellow lollipop with bright gold swirls. Her neck and arms seems to be made out of white lollipop sticks. She wears half arm-length salmon pink gloves. Her eyes are round and one is bigger than the other (the right eye). She also has three long eyelashes. Her irises represent peppermints, they're persian pink and deep carmine pink with no pupils. She wears a waffle-made, peach orange crown on top of her head. The collar of her dress is salmon pink going around her neck and the dress' chest brooch. The corset is into two parts, whereas the upper is flamingo pink and her midriff is salmon pink. The dress has puffy white sleeves covered on top in salmon pink frosting and sprinkles, with salmon pink donut-shaped openings. The lower part of the floor-length dress resembles that of a cake and its main color is flamingo pink. The waist panniers are salmon pink with sprinkles on them and white frosting outlines around them. The middle of the bottom half of the dress is decorated with a layer of pink frosting with salmon pink ball ends as a pattern going around the area, and the bottom of the dress is covered up with a layer of white frosting going around it. Princess Loolilalu is courteous and kind. She cares deeply for those within the Kingdom, throwing The Fudge out of the Kingdom after he ate too many of her subjects. Despite her regal status, she is still quite friendly. She allows Ragatha to simply call her "Loo" minutes after meeting her.
