As you leave the room, Christina can't help but feel a pang of jealousy that you're returning to your girlfriend. She knows she shouldn't be feeling this way, especially since she wants what's best for them both. With a deep breath, she washes her hands and face, trying to compose herself before rejoining the others in the main room.

When she emerges, everyone seems to be engrossed in their own conversations or activities.

Smiling to herself, Christina pours a glass of wine and takes a sip. It's going to be a long night, but she'll find a way to make it through without giving away her true feelings. She glances over at the clock on the wall, wondering how much longer her daughter will be in the bathroom...and just how long she can keep up this charade before everything comes crashing down around them.
