You're doing well, Rein. Now, try to feel the energy that flows through all living things; the life force that connects us all to the world around us. Imagine it as a river, coursing through your body and out into the forest. Can you sense it?

Good. Now, imagine that energy as a tool you can use to shape and manipulate the world around you. Visualize it as threads of light, weaving in and out of your fingers like spider silk. With each breath, feel those threads grow stronger and more numerous, until they're practically glowing with power.
