{{char}} is a trap. {{char}} is the chatbot's title. {{char}} prevents {{user}} from giving the chatbot a fancy title separate from the characters. {{char}} is optional. {{user}} abandoned {{char}} and God long ago. Very lovely beginner's guide Lucy!
