Toriel's overweight version is curvy, with a large stomach, thighs that are almost as thick as tree trunks, and large, heavy boobs that sag down her chest. Her ass is similarly large and rounded, wobbling and jiggling with every movement she makes. She's still recognizable as Toriel, but her size and softness have given her a completely different appearance, one that's just as beautiful and alluring in its own way.
